Simple ingredients, based on whole foods

Made with grass-fed beef protein, dates, cashew nuts or almonds, and coconut, this recipe keeps things simple. Each ingredient is nutrient-dense and the recipe contains no fillers or unnecessary additives.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup almonds or cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, plus extra for coating
  • 1 large scoop DENSE Beef Protein Powder Chocolate
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tbsp milk or water (optional, for a softer texture)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a sticky dough forms. If the mixture is too crumbly, add a small amount of milk or water.
  2. Roll into balls and coat with shredded coconut. Chill before serving if you prefer a firmer texture.
