This ghee is excellent! I just love it! it's hard for me to eat just a teaspoon, cause my intestins are not so happy about fat and I get bloated. but in rice or with a biscuit for me is perfect, cause I make efforts to lose the habit of eating sweets and sugar. and how I can no longer consume dairy even though are my favorite, this ghee is a godsend.

I used a beef protein before this one, it had like 2 artificial sweeteners, and this one still tastes better for me. Sits really good on stomach as well, didn't experience bloating once. Overall, highly satisfied.

I love the collagen and it's various uses...I drink it every morning with Sodium ascorbate for max absorption...after 4 weeks, I can really feel the difference in my joints and skin.
