Estou a adorar o Grass-Fed Bone Broth da Dense Nutrition. Ao fim de duas semanas de utilização consistente (1 scoop por dia), notei uma melhoria muito significativa nas unhas, que estão visivelmente mais fortes, e começo também a notar benefícios no cabelo e na qualidade geral da pele.
Uso o produto todas as manhãs na minha bebida de chicória. Começo por misturar o bone broth em pó com a chicória usando um espumador e um pouco de água, o que deixa a bebida muito cremosa e suave, e só depois adiciono o restante da água quente. Tornou-se um verdadeiro ritual matinal, nutritivo e reconfortante.

I think it’s a solid product. The two things I would note is that (1) you don’t know exactly what parts of the animal
each batch has în it which would determine what time of day I would use it more and în what amounts. So you have to experiment yourself. (2) mixes fine with a real blender but not with one of those milk/coffee fritters. A shaker might also work but I don’t have one.
The product is really good but is too expensive for the amount of. On the other side, the shopping process need more improvement, for example they should have more paying ways like paypal or Bizum, also the shipping takes so long to arrive within europe. I wish If they can sell the products in Amazon so I can get it faster.
