Love how it doesn’t feel heavy on my stomach. It took me a few days to get used to the slight “meat/broth” taste in my unflavoured protein, but now I don’t even notice it. Happy with it so far!

My grandmother always made the best chicken broth. Whenever we were sick, she made a broth that she simmered long and slow with a whole chicken and veggies. Then we were given the broth with some of her homemade noodles in it . STHL chicken broth is a close second. And brings back those childhood memories. I try to always have some on hand, especially in the winter, just in case I get sick. And often I just drink a cup of broth instead of tea or coffee because not only does it taste good, but iis also nourishing.
