How Cold Pressed Avocado Oil Is Made

Avocado oil is not made from seeds, but rather the flesh of ripe avocado fruit. To make the oil, the flesh is first mashed into a pulp, which is gently pressed at low temperatures to extract the oil. The extracted liquid contains both oil and water, which are separated, leaving only the oil.
