First time trying ghee and already used it to fry a few eggs. It has a sort of a caramelized scent and does a great job. Next is beef tallow :)

This ghee is excellent! I just love it! it's hard for me to eat just a teaspoon, cause my intestins are not so happy about fat and I get bloated. but in rice or with a biscuit for me is perfect, cause I make efforts to lose the habit of eating sweets and sugar. and how I can no longer consume dairy even though are my favorite, this ghee is a godsend.

Color, smell and texture yummy! Easy to make you crave for a slice of toasted bread just to have it melt as soon as it touches it 🤤 I use it mainly to cook and both meat and fish get an extra kick in taste. I also add a little bit of ghee to the soup when cooking it and it takes it to another level! Recommend it!

The ghee is good. I havent tried any other brands, so dont have anything to compare with, except the homemade version. I use it mostly when I make porkchops or a steak, and its delicious when used in cooking. I've also tried it as a substitute for butter on bread etc., but it has this burnt taste that doesn't work for me unfortunately.
